Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Assess children's developmental needs and create personalized learning plans to support their growth and progress.
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and organized childcare environment.
    • Assist in housekeeping and cooking duties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Lead activities and engage children in storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
    • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records and adhering to licensing regulations.

Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
