We are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Maintenance Supervisor.

At Kaycan, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations. This position is vital for ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a robust work ethic and the ability to work independently. In a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adhering to tight schedules is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage maintenance teams in executing both preventive and corrective maintenance on a continuous basis.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess ongoing work and identify maintenance needs.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks to maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee the execution of purchase orders related to maintenance activities.
  • Participate in hands-on maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels of spare parts to ensure operational readiness.
  • Update and maintain technical drawings and schematics for equipment.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to implement optimal solutions for production goals.
  • Ensure the reliability and upkeep of production machinery.
  • Complete maintenance reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to improve production processes.
  • Manage and oversee various projects and capital expenditures.
  • Be available for emergency maintenance calls as required.
  • Facilitate ongoing training programs for maintenance staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for maintenance team members.
  • Actively engage in the management team to support the Continuous Improvement Program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Are you the right fit?

  • Degree in a field related to industrial maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
