We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Manager to join our team at GE Renewable Energy Canada inc.

About the Role

The Renewable Energy Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development of renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the development of renewable energy projects
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Provide detailed information and guidance to clients on project analysis and design
  • Review engineering projects to approve or recommend changes
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Evaluate technical designs and engineering work
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Manage contracts
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Leading/instructing groups
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
