We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Manager to join our team at GE Renewable Energy Canada inc.

Job Summary:

The Renewable Energy Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects related to renewable energy, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to renewable energy, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric power.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP software.
