Job Summary

The Business Analyst, reporting to the Director of Information Technology, has a pivotal role within our information technology (IT) department at Air North. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between IT staff, business groups, and leadership. The Business Analyst acts as a crucial bridge, ensuring technology operations and enhancements are executed efficiently, align with organizational goals, and support overall business strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT staff and business groups to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business groups on IT-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT project management tools.
