Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Development Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Pharmaceutical Development Services team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing delays.
  • Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
Product Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Business Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
