Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for food and supplies, ensuring that we stay within our financial limits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking, requiring a high level of physical fitness.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.

- Veteran Support: Provide awareness training to employees, creating a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Workshops and Counseling: Offer workshops, counseling services, or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce.
- Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees, creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
