Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Supervise and guide staff members.
- Encourage and inspire team performance.
- Oversee budget planning and expenditure management.
- Organize and streamline daily operational tasks.
- Provide training and support to new employees.
- Establish and maintain office protocols and routines.
- Manage contractual agreements and obligations.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping activities.
- Must be bondable.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
- Position type: Permanent.
