QAI Laboratories is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and issue monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax returns.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to management to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
