Key Responsibilities
  • Place orders for supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and other related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of product information, client data, and staff details.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the procurement team.
Requirements
  • Two years of previous experience in data entry or clerical work is required.
  • Experience in a supply chain environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software is essential.
Education and Training
  • A complete high school education, meeting Manitoba standards, is required.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision, demonstrating organization, adaptability, individual initiative, and judgment.
Physical Requirements
