Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of security officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed, and that all incidents are documented and reported accordingly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with site management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
