About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Save On BlackTop. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present reports and data to management and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

  • Experience
