Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Bistro di Madre piccola Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate food order summaries for the chef to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.

  • Excellent oral communication and problem-solving abilities.
