Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

MORINVILLE PIZZA PALACE is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a food service establishment with a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is also expected.
