Food Service Supervisor

MORINVILLE PIZZA PALACE is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
MORINVILLE PIZZA PALACE is a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. You must be able to stand for extended periods and be physically demanding.
