Construction Site Supervisor

Compensation

Salary: $33.00 per hour for a standard 40-hour work week.

Employment Terms

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Preparing production reports and other documentation.
  • Coordinating and scheduling project activities.
  • Overseeing training for apprentices.
  • Recruiting and hiring staff, as well as managing related staffing actions.
  • Estimating project costs and required materials.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
  • Ordering necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leading and instructing team members.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following:

  • Be a Canadian citizen, or a permanent or temporary resident of Canada.
  • Possess a valid Canadian work permit.
