We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at GOGO AUTO GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, typing, and proofreading correspondence and documents.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Train staff and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Supervise other workers and resolve conflict situations.
  • Coach and monitor and evaluate staff performance.
  • Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Large workload and repetitive tasks.
  • Large caseload and ability to prioritize tasks.
