Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kitchen Wall Hakka. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage kitchen records, including stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and wet environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Work Environment:
