We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Branch Ambassador to join our team at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and making them feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide personalized and friendly service to members, responding to their inquiries, identifying financial needs, and recommending Servus products and services.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, and foreign and domestic exchange.
- Sales and Referrals: Understand member needs and identify opportunities to promote Credit Union products and services, referring them to appropriate team members and external partners as required.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve routine member concerns and complaints in accordance with our service standards, escalating issues where necessary.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Learn and apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss to Servus Credit Union.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute positively to branch morale and a cohesive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience, with a strong ability to identify and meet member needs.
- Cash Handling Experience: Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
