We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our guests.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
