Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils, and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Line Cook, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
