Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at OAPLE FOREST PRODUCTS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to ensure they are meeting the needs of the team.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
