Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Pastry Preparation: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, to meet the high standards of our customers.
- Baking and Quality Control: Bake mixed dough and batters to ensure the highest quality products, and inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Train staff and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
