Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality products.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Working Conditions

The Baker will work in a commercial bakery environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting.
