Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as CMC, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting with a focus on transformation and value creation.
- Proficient in Change Management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with knowledge of lean practices.
- Understanding of business operations and management principles.
- Experience in business development and project management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Flexibility to travel for client engagements.
