Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at S&A Partnership. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Fast-paced environment
