Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10077551 MANITOBA LTD. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive experience for all patrons.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
