Job Title: Site Management Director

Academica Group is seeking a visionary Site Management Director to lead the development and implementation of innovative professional learning and corporate training programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge programs that cater to the career and lifelong learning needs of part-time students, employers, industry, non-profits, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enrolment and resource planning to ensure the best instructors and curriculum are delivered.
  • Create impactful programs, corporate/contract training, and professional learning curricula that drive success and growth.
  • Provide student-centric academic leadership and management to part-time instructors, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Oversee the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of all continuing and professional learning academic programming.
  • Establish a curriculum and programming strategy that builds upon existing programming and delivers a future-focused orientation.
Requirements:
  • MBA, MEd, MSC, or other Master's level as related to program cluster.
  • ~7 years of experience related to education, training, and/or professional development.
  • Knowledge of the post-secondary and corporate training market as well as adult education.
  • Teaching and learning for adults or working professionals.
  • Business administration and management.
About the Role:

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work at least 3 days a week. The successful candidate will be a relationship and community builder with excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
