Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13744582 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members to ensure efficient store operations
  • Order and manage merchandise inventory to meet sales demands
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.

The work language is English, and the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
