Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator

At St-Amour & Associates, Senc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to plan, execute, and complete projects according to scope, deadlines, and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team-oriented environment, and have experience with project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and complete projects according to scope, deadlines, and budget
  • Acquire resources and coordinate efforts between teams to deliver projects according to plan
  • Define project objectives and supervise quality control
  • Control scope and final quality of all deliverables
  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Requirements:

  • University degree in project management, health sciences, or communication
  • PMP or CAPM certification (active)
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
