Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Projects Coordinator to coordinate, launch, track, and report on various marketing programs and events to support our teams in Québec. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader marketing team to drive the adoption of marketing best practices and contribute to the profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that align with the overall business strategy and create a demand for the company's products and services.
  • Track and communicate results, providing feedback to improve marketing campaigns and drive profitability and growth in partnership with suppliers and customers.
  • Build brand recognition while supporting divisional sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Leverage technology to deliver and execute creative email campaigns that promote all marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior marketing experience.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with an excellent command of the French language.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to impart knowledge, provide training, and motivate employees.
  • Highly collaborative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
