Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1133100 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food outlet or concession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Procure food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory, sales, and wastage records
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
