Join Our Team as a Junior to Intermediate Engineer in Infrastructure Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior to Intermediate Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Infrastructure sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in project management duties, completing design tasks, and performing technical calculations and hydraulic modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management duties, including coordinating with clients, government, and regulatory authorities
  • Complete conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design tasks for water and wastewater and/or municipal infrastructure projects
  • Perform technical calculations and hydraulic modeling on various platforms
  • Prepare technical specifications, reports, memoranda, and permit approval applications
  • Participate in periodic site inspections
  • Perform contract administration tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Active professional member or eligible for such a membership with APEGS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the water and wastewater and/or municipal infrastructure fields
  • Past experience working as a site inspector during construction for water and wastewater and/or municipal infrastructure projects will be considered an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
