About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Saskatoon or Regina team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a variety of civil projects, including infrastructure upgrades and subdivision developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from design to construction, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the province of Saskatchewan.
  • 5+ years of experience in municipal engineering and project management.
  • Strong technical skills, including project management, design, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
