Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at SNS Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, from planning to execution. This includes allocating resources, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources: Manage the allocation of materials, human resources, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate teams: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Establish controls: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure project compliance and success.
  • Formulate policies: Formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Supervise staff: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects.
  • Manage technology: Manage the use of MS Office, MS Windows, and information technology to support project execution.
  • Ensure work conditions: Ensure a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
