Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to assess children's development, prepare learning plans, and communicate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and prepare learning plans tailored to their needs
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Communicate with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to child development
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist in keeping records and submitting written observations
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
