Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in multiple languages, providing product information and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Respond to post-sale customer inquiries, follow up on customer questions related to orders or deliveries, and resolve issues through proactive follow-up and effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Maintain open communication with the customer experience team, ensuring all key issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with courier and warehouse partners to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of orders.
  • Communicate and manage relationships with various suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience or a transferable/related field.
  • Skilled at working with diverse customer personalities and understanding customer needs.
  • Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical.
  • Highly focused on providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Positive attitude, enjoy solving problems, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (English and French).
