Valet Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valet Attendant to join our team at Intact. As a Valet Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to company standards and applicable laws.
  • Proactively support colleagues and suppliers to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and pickup.
  • Coordinate the receipt and delivery of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform vehicle washing and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and organized workshop.
  • Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the workshop and office.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (bilingualism in French and English is an asset).
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and be available to work 5 days a week.
