Job Summary

Captra Staffing Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, manage payroll records, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
