Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Days Inn Stouffville. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week, English language required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
