Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Days Inn Stouffville. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • General Maintenance: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect elevators.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
