The successful candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, inventory management, and logistics, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure effective execution of supply chain activities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Organization, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in aviation or aerospace, with a focus on supply chain management
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English required

Working Conditions

This position requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel nationally and internationally, as needed.
