Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Budgeting: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
