Customer Retention Marketing Expert

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Customer Retention Marketing Expert who will serve as a tactical execution authority for customer-centric, cohesive marketing initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead the marketing execution within your designated area, focusing on developing, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and communicating effective, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
As a vital member of our team, you will act as the execution specialist for your assigned areas, collaborating closely with other professionals within the team. You will also work in tandem with our creative team, client marketing team, and marketing strategy team to ensure timely, strategic, and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive marketing execution in your designated area as part of our marketing delivery and operations team. Develop, implement, assess, report, and communicate on effective, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns. Serve as the execution specialist for your assigned areas, collaborating closely with other experts on the team. Work in partnership with our creative, client marketing, and marketing strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives. Bring plans and ideas to fruition as the execution expert. This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may expand to include additional duties as deemed necessary by management. Ensure timely, quality, and strategic delivery of tactics within your assigned areas. Collaborate with client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns and tactics. Be the primary expert in your assigned areas, including processes, tools, and technologies. Submit creative requests for projects through a digital workflow tool to the creative team. Provide necessary edits to completed designs. Support the creative team with copy development for marketing materials. Utilize the marketing project management system to keep tasks on track and stakeholders informed. Manage workflow, review cycles, and approvals of marketing materials from various internal and external parties. Implement, update, and manage assigned tactics, including content creation, basic template design updates, call-to-action, landing page development, workflow automation, A/B testing, and metrics reporting. Collaborate with the creative team as necessary. Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing and other peers to foster shared learning and leverage best practices. Serve as a point of support for internal customers and lead communications for tactics. Work with the team to identify and implement improved methods for executing within assigned areas and channels. Contribute to a positive, innovative, and fast-paced marketing team environment. Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviors and build effective target audiences for messages that drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals. Review past campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses to inform future outputs. Conceptualize marketing campaigns that address the pain points of existing and prospective clients. Utilize customer data, such as web behavior, to drive message and content personalization. Create well-crafted copy that aligns with brand standards. Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance the visual appeal of outputs. Maintain and acquire customer lists for email opt-ins. Deploy emails using automation software. Monitor and report on the performance of each campaign. Manage email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn. Stay informed on email and SMS trends and policies.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills. Experience with marketing tools such as Sailthru, Shopify Plus, and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to identify issues and lead project management of tactical elements of integrated campaigns. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to solve practical problems. Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with marketing software. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. This position requires a Monday to Friday schedule during core business hours, onsite.BENEFITS
