POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Retention Marketing Expert who will serve as a tactical execution specialist for customer-centric, integrated marketing initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the execution of marketing strategies within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and communicating high-performing, data-driven marketing tactics and campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will be the execution authority for your assigned areas, collaborating closely with other specialists. You will also work in partnership with our creative team, client marketing team, and marketing strategy team to ensure timely, strategic, and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive marketing execution within your designated area as part of our marketing operations team. Develop, implement, evaluate, report, and communicate on effective, data-driven marketing tactics and campaigns. Act as the execution expert for your assigned areas, collaborating closely with other specialists. Work with the creative, client marketing, and marketing strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives. Bring plans and ideas to fruition as the execution authority. This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be expanded as needed. Ensure timely, quality, and strategic delivery of tactics within your assigned areas. Collaborate with client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns. Serve as the go-to expert in your assigned areas, including processes, tools, and technologies. Submit creative requests for projects through a digital workflow tool to the creative team. Provide feedback on completed designs as necessary. Assist the creative team with copy development for marketing materials. Utilize the marketing project management system to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. Manage workflow, review cycles, and approvals of marketing materials from various internal and external parties. Implement, update, and manage assigned tactics, including content creation, basic template design, call-to-action, landing page development, workflow automation, A/B testing, and metrics reporting. Collaborate with the creative team as needed. Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing and other peers to foster shared learning and leverage best practices. Serve as a point of support for internal customers and lead communications and management for tactics. Work with the team to identify and implement improved methods for executing assigned areas and channels. Contribute to a positive, innovative, and fast-paced marketing team environment. Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviors and build effective target audiences for engagement and revenue performance. Review past campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses for future improvements. Conceptualize marketing campaigns that address the pain points of existing and potential clients. Utilize customer data to drive message and content personalization. Create well-crafted copy that aligns with brand standards. Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance the visual appeal of outputs. Maintain and grow customer lists for email communications. Use automation software to deploy emails. Monitor and report on the performance of each campaign. Manage email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn. Stay updated on email and SMS trends and policies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills. Experience with marketing tools such as Sailthru, Shopify Plus, and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to identify issues and lead project management for tactical elements of integrated campaigns. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to solve practical problems. Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with marketing software. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Schedule: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite.
