POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Retention Marketing Expert who will serve as a tactical and execution-focused professional for customer-centric, integrated marketing initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead the marketing execution within your designated area, developing, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and communicating high-performing, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will act as the execution authority for your assigned areas, collaborating closely with other specialists. You will also work in tandem with our creative, client marketing, and marketing strategy teams to ensure timely, strategic, and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.

Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer engagement are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive marketing execution in your designated area as part of our marketing operations team. Develop, implement, assess, report, and communicate on effective, data-driven marketing tactics and campaigns. Serve as the execution expert for your assigned areas, collaborating with other specialists. Work closely with creative, client marketing, and marketing strategy teams to ensure the highest quality delivery of marketing initiatives. Bring plans and ideas to fruition as the execution expert. This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be expanded as needed. Ensure timely, quality, and strategic delivery of tactics within your assigned areas. Collaborate with client marketing, marketing strategy, and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns. Be the primary expert in your assigned areas, including processes, tools, and technologies. Submit creative requests for projects through a digital workflow tool. Provide necessary edits to completed designs. Support the creative team with copy development for marketing materials. Utilize the marketing project management system to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. Manage workflow, review cycles, and approvals of marketing materials from various internal and external parties. Implement, update, and manage assigned tactics, including content creation, basic template design, call-to-action, landing page development, workflow automation, A/B testing, and metrics reporting. Collaborate with the creative team as necessary. Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing and other peers to promote shared learning and best practices. Serve as a point of support for internal customers, leading communications and management for tactics. Work with the team to identify and implement more efficient and higher-quality execution methods. Contribute to a positive, innovative, and fast-paced marketing team environment. Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviors and build effective target audiences for engagement and revenue performance. Review past campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses for future improvements. Conceptualize marketing campaigns that address the pain points of existing and potential clients. Utilize customer data to personalize messaging and content. Create polished, brand-aligned copy free from errors. Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance the visual appeal of outputs. Maintain and grow customer lists for email opt-ins. Deploy emails using automation software. Monitor and report on campaign performance. Manage email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn. Stay updated on email and SMS trends and policies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills. Experience with marketing tools such as Sailthru, Shopify Plus, and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to identify issues and manage project elements of integrated campaigns. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving. Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with marketing software. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Schedule: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite.
