We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage and control budgets and expenditures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare reports and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
