Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with ATS audiences and drive external brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role will also focus on driving employee engagement and adoption of social media platforms and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and create social media content, including writing and developing social posts and defining graphic design needs
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, demand gen, PR, corporate, and product marketing and sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- College/University degree in marketing and/or related social media management discipline and experience
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Hands-on leader with ability to develop topline strategy and deliver on tactics
- Proven ability to manage and drive social audiences, campaigns, and engagement with measureable business results
