Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Highland Farms. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Floor Operations: Supervise sales floor staff, assign duties, and ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and prevent losses.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive team culture.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
