Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Highland Farms. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Floor Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
